Qualifications
She has a passion for working with children and adolescents with varying clinical diagnoses inclusive of Autism Spectrum Disorder, Developmental Coordination Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder, Intellectually Disabled. Oppositional Defiant Disorder, sensory processing challenges, Global Developmental Delay, speech and language delays and Selective Mutism.
She believes that every child has their own unique strengths and abilities and establishing rapport with every client is just as important as communicating closely with the parents, caregivers and teachers to support and optimize the functional abilities of the clients.
Hazel values continued professional development and has participated in a wide range of workshops and courses, both locally and overseas. She has received training and is proficient in utilizing the following treatment techniques:
